THE MICHAEL NUTTER PROJECT

Using the parameters of an analysis paper (3 pages, one inch margins, MLA - but no citations necessary within the paper, emailed as a Word Doc or PDF), you are responsible for The Michael Nutter Project.  You are a campaign strategist charged with either promoting Nutter or defeating him.  To that end, focus on and analyze his record.  Either trumpet his achievements or his failings.  As a campaign strategist, you must do one or the other. Essentially, you are tasked with either "Michael Nutter deserves to be reelected" or "Michael Nutter does not deserve to be reelected."

Although this project is due on November 15, it is advisable to work on it on the days leading up to Election Day, November 8.  After Tuesday, this race will drop off the radar.  When you finish your analysis, submit it, early or not.  Also, I will grade it as soon as you submit it.

N.B. This project is only about Michael Nutter.  Thus the name, "The Michael Nutter Project."  You are not focusing on his opponents.  Also, his reelection is not in doubt.  This is a near certainty.  That's why the focus of the TMNP is not whether or not he will be reelected, but whether or not he deserves it.
